If you held a gun to my head and asked me to pick my favorite Ramen Bae mix, it’s this one. It pairs perfectly with 99% of the Korean noodles that are out there, it’s not crazy spicy, and the ingredient quality is top-notch. I’ve personally used this Kimchi Mix more than any of their other flavors.

A lot of people have mentioned how much they hate the “sauce” in this since I filmed the review. I didn’t find the sauce to be the weak point here, but maybe that’s just me. Honestly, if Nissin just retooled this variety a little bit, it would be pretty good.

While I originally filmed this as an April Fool’s joke, I’m really surprised by how many people have asked for help finding it to purchase. My friends, it’s just sour gummy candy.
