Noodle Journey Episode 161: Nissin Cup Noodles Campfire S’mores Ramen

Notes since filming:

This is probably tied with immi’s Black Garlic “Chicken” as the worst thing I’ve reviewed on this channel. There’s a guy on Reddit who pops up every now and then to say how much he likes these, and I compulsively downvote him each time because he is very, very wrong. There’s absolutely nothing to like about this, and I will die on that hill.

Noodle Journey Episode 152: Nissin Cup Noodles Everything Bagel with Cream Cheese

Notes since filming:

A lot of people have mentioned how much they hate the “sauce” in this since I filmed the review. I didn’t find the sauce to be the weak point here, but maybe that’s just me. Honestly, if Nissin just retooled this variety a little bit, it would be pretty good.

Noodle Journey Episode 150: Paldo Strawberry Bibimmen

Even with all of the off-the-wall flavors Nissin has come out with in their American Cup Noodles, this might still be the strangest flavor I’ve reviewed. What’s stranger is how unexpectedly good it is! If this one ever comes back seasonally and you can find it, you should definitely give it a whirl.

Noodle Journey Episode 89: Nissin Cup Noodles Breakfast

In this review I’m taking a look at Nissin’s Cup Noodles Breakfast variety, a limited‐edition gimmick that pairs ramen with maple syrup, pancakes, sausage and egg flavors. Nissin announced it in March 2023 and many people assumed it was an April Fool’s joke, but it’s real and I was able to buy it from Walmart for about $1.18 at the time of review. It’s a Walmart exclusive and scalpers were reselling it online, which is disappointing because creating artificial scarcity for food is a particularly lousy thing to do.

Noodle Journey Episode 43: Nissin Cup Noodles Pumpkin Spice Flavor

I’m diving into what might be the strangest product I’ve ever reviewed: Nissin Cup Noodles Pumpkin Spice flavor. Yes, it’s real. This seasonal item first launched in fall 2021 and returned in 2022, showing up in stores across the US between September and November. I didn’t expect to find one this late in the season, but there it was on clearance at a local supermarket, because of course it was.
