Why am I doing this to myself? Am I a masochist? I have reviewed both the Shrimp and Chicken flavors of Twisted Noodles, and despite the fact that I thoroughly hated both, I feel a compulsion to review everything I can get my hands on, including this crap, Twisted Noodles Beef Ramen. So with that admission of my own OCD, let's just jump right into this review.

Nissin Cup Noodles Wings Mega-Review | Noodle Journey Episode 211
The Nissin Cup Noodles Wings limited-edition lineup has officially landed, bringing a trio of chicken-wing-inspired flavors to the instant noodle aisle. Released just in time for the "Big Game" (and I’m being careful with the phrasing so the NFL lawyers don’t come after me), these cups aim to replicate a sports bar experience with popular chicken wing flavors translated into instant ramen cups. This mega-review tackles the entire lineup: Spicy Buffalo with Ranch, Garlic Parmesan, and Lemon Pepper.
Nongshim Ramyun Chef Mega-Review – Noodle Journey Episode 210
This is the first mega-review of 2026 and it covers the full launch lineup of Nongshim Ramyun Chef, a brand-new product line positioned as restaurant-quality instant noodles. The four launch flavors are Beef Bulgogi, Braised Beef, Curry Chicken, and Creamy Garlic Chicken. Nongshim is framing this line as globally-inspired dishes executed using Korean ramyun, with three of the four of the flavors leaning hard into fusion territory.
Nissin Cup Noodles Dill Pickle Flavor Review | Noodle Journey Episode 208
This review kicks off 2026 with one of Nissin’s most aggressive novelty flavors to date: Nissin Cup Noodles Dill Pickle Flavor. Nissin has leaned hard into gimmick releases over the past few years, clearly designed to grab attention on social media, and this one fits that pattern perfectly. Even knowing that, I couldn’t skip it since I've reviewed every other one Nissin has made, for better or for worse. Some of these oddball flavors have surprised me in the past, while others have been among the worst things I’ve ever eaten. This one very much felt like it could go either way.
Momofuku Sesame Miso Noodles Review | Noodle Journey Episode 203
Momofuku Sesame Miso Noodles mark the first major shift in the Momofuku noodle lineup in quite some time, and I am reviewing them today because this flavor launches alongside some big changes to the entire brand, which I covered in my September 2025 news post. Basically, Momofuku has a new manufacturing partner and has made adjustments meant to improve sauce coverage and reduce spice. I enjoyed a couple of the old Momofuku recipes but always wished for a few improvements, and this new direction promises to address those.
Nissin Cup Noodles Turkey Dinner Flavor Review | Noodle Journey Episode 201
Nissin Cup Noodles Turkey Dinner Flavor arrives just in time for the November holiday season, and I am jumping back into video reviews, starting with this one because it's a limited-time offering. This was released alongside the rebranded Pumpkin Pie version, which is identical to the Pumpkin Spice flavor from a few years back. I reviewed that in episode 43, so anyone curious about it can check that out.
Chef Woo Baja Chili Flavor Ramen Review | Noodle Journey
And now we come to Chef Woo Baja Chili Flavor Ramen, which is the last of these protein-added plant-based Chef Woo cups I have in my possession (aside from some Ramen Express by Chef Woo products, which I'll review another time). While I can't say I'm a huge fan of their noodles, they've certainly been passable, and I very much enjoyed the broth in the Spicy Tequila Lime flavor I just reviewed. This Baja Chili Flavor also looks promising, so hopefully this little review marathon closes out on a high note.
Chef Woo Spicy Tequila Lime Flavor Ramen Review | Noodle Journey
I'm moving to the next item in my Chef Woo marathon queue, which is Chef Woo Spicy Tequila Lime Flavor Ramen. This one's pretty interesting to me, considering I can't recall ever seeing a tequila & lime flavored instant noodle before. Is this essentially going to be a margarita-flavored ramen? Because I'm not sure how to feel about that...
Chef Woo Braised Beef Flavor Ramen Review | Noodle Journey
Here's the review for Chef Woo Braised Beef Flavor Ramen, hot off the heels of their Roasted Chicken flavor review I just conducted. This is basically the same schtick: a plant-based cup of noodles with added protein, medium amount of sodium, no MSG - all of the "healthy" stuff newer American ramen companies like to
Chef Woo Roasted Chicken Flavor Ramen Review | Noodle Journey
After getting into a brief analysis about this brand's potential financial issues in the October 2025 news post, I thought it was appropriate to do a little marathon of the handful of Chef Woo products I currently have in my stash, starting with Chef Woo Roasted Chicken Flavor Ramen. (And just in case you didn't know, Chef Woo is a brand name, not a real person.) Like the Gordon Ramsay flavors I reviewed back on the YouTube channel, this is a plant-based ramen product with added protein, this time with a simple roasted artificially chicken flavored broth. This cup is marketed as a "healthy" vegan alternative to your typical chicken ramen cups, but is it any good? Let's find out.
