I spotted this Vegan Curry Noodles bowl from Nongshim in Walmart recently. There’s a lot to like about this one: low-ish sodium, vegan, lots of good vegetables listed in the ingredients. Check out the video for the full review!
We’ve got a three-part mega-review today with this brand-new product line from Samyang! If you love the idea of Hispanic flavors in your instant noodles, you’re going to want to check out this review of Samyang Picantia Jalapeno Chicken, Chipotle Beef, and Cajun Shrimp ramen noodle soups.
One look at the noodles on this packaging and I knew I had to try them. This is a hot and sour broad noodle from China made by Baijia, and it has been recommended to me a few times now. Check out the review for all the details about this flavor.
Here’s something unique from Nissin that all you Buldak fans might be interested in: noodles infused with chili pepper! This affordable little pack of noodles promises a spicy kick and some authentic chicken flavor, but it comes with what I would consider a massive flaw. Watch the review to learn more.
Scores:
Noodles: 3/10 (but can be improved by lowering the cooking time)
Spiciness: 6.5/10
Overall: 6/10 (would have been higher if not for the overcooked noodle texture)
I had someone who works for Thai Authentic/Norita (I think the owners) leave me a comment on this video asking me to email them. I did so and got no response. If you’re reading this and would still like to get in touch, please email me! I really enjoyed your products and would love the chance to review anything you may be coming out with in the future!

This mega-review takes an in-depth look at some noodle products that have started showing up in Dollar Tree stores across the USA! I’ll go through all four of the current products from Thai Authentic and Norita (which actually appear to be the same company): Sriracha Shrimp Ramen, Tonkotso Ramen with Miso, Chicken Curry Ramen, and Tempura Udon Shrimp Soy Sauce flavor.
Scores:
Thai Authentic Sriracha Shrimp Ramen:
Noodles: 4/10
Spiciness: 3.5/10 (2.5 without the sriracha sauce added)
Overall: 7/10
Norita Tonkotsu Ramen with Miso:
Noodles: 4/10
Spiciness: 4.5/10 (1/10 without the spicy sauce added)
It’s yakisoba time! Nissin’s U.F.O. product line is one of the most popular yakisoba lines in the world, but it’s not very easy to get in the USA. Fortunately, my local Asian market sells this version made for export to Hong Kong, and so I decided it’s high time I review one of the famous U.F.O. noodles for myself.
It dawned on me after filming that I should have given the dumpling a “Texture” score, in which case these probably would’ve earned a 3/10. If I do more dumpling reviews in the future, I will make sure to score texture.

Did you know that Samyang started making Buldak Dumplings? It seems that this product has flown under the radar of many Buldak fans, but there’s a lot of things you should know about these dumplings before you spend your hard-earned money on them. Check out the review to learn more!
These thick, broad noodles paired with a salty, meaty broth looked incredible and so I had to buy them for a review. Not all is what it seems with this unique Chinese soup! Check out the video to learn more.
If you’re looking for more options for dried toppings to add to your instant noodles, this product from Ramen Toppers might be for you! Check out the review to learn more.
Could this be my favorite cold noodles product of all time? Yes, yes it could.

After the last cold noodle review I did was a rousing disappointment, I decided I needed at least one more for this hot summer. I happened upon Nongshim’s Noodle Salad with Miso Vinaigrette at my local Asian market just in time for this review. Check it out!
