Notes since filming:
I never deal in absolutes, which is why I won’t commit to saying any one noodle product is my number one of all time. I enjoy all of these for different reasons, and what awesome product I crave one day may not be what awesome product I crave another day. That’s why I filmed this list this way, and I will continue to do so with any future top lists.

Time for the channel’s first top 10 list! I’ve reviewed a lot of great products since the channel began. This list, in no particular order, highlights my 10 current favorites among the major noodle varieties, along with some honorable mentions for those of you with dietary preferences.
Notes since filming:
As I write this, the Tomato Meatball flavorĀ still hasn’t found its way to Ramen Talk’s website, yet I can still find it in S Mart stores where I live. So weird. I can’t imagine this flavor wouldn’t sell well online.

One of the absolute best noodle companies on the planet, Ramen Talk, stealth-released a new variety in the US, and Noodle Journey has the scoop on it! This is a tomato pork broth with a generous portion of meatballs, tomato chunks, and corn. Will this Asian/Italian fusion make your tastebuds sing? Check out the review to find out.
When Ramen Talk starts selling this online, you’ll find it on http://ramentalk.us and http://ramentalk.co.uk.

Notes since filming:
This is currently the only review where I’ve second-guessed myself after. Did I get a bad bag? Is what I tasted what it’s supposed to taste like? Either way, it’s the only Ramen Talk flavor that got a bad review, bad enough to end up on my first bottom list.
One of these days, I feel like I have to revisit this one, because my experience doesn’t appear to be typical for this flavor.

Here’s the last review in the Ramen Talk marathon! This Pepper Crispy Pork Noodle is currently their only sauced noodle product. Will the review marathon end on a high note? Watch and see.

The second-to-last review of Ramen Talk’s American product line brings us to this oddball: Tomato Tonkotsu Ramen. I admit I’ve never seen anything quite like this before, which promises a combination of porky bone broth and tomato paste to create a deep umami flavor. Check it out!

I loved almost the entire Ramen Talk product line, but this is the one that gets repurchased most. There’s nothing else like it on shelves in the USA.

The fourth review of Ramen Talk’s noodles is an exciting Taiwan-style noodle soup with real chunks of braised beef. I love getting this kind of soup in restaurants, so check out this review to see if this bag of noodles is truly restaurant-quality.

Continuing with our journey through Ramen Talk’s product line, we have their Tom Yum Noodle Soup. This one comes with actual pieces of octopus and squid inside! Is it worth the price tag?

This episode begins a special series of episodes focusing on a little-known company called Ramen Talk and their seven currently-available varieties in the USA. These noodles are pricy but come loaded with fresh toppings, including meat!
Kicking things off is this review of their Golden Soup Beef Noodle Soup.
