Notes since filming:
I honestly regret not giving this a 9 as an overall score, but I really felt at the time that those fried tofu bits in this were pretty useless. I’ve come around on them a little bit the more I’ve eaten this one, and so for all intents and purposes, you can consider this flavor a 9/10 overall.

I was super excited to spot this one at my local Hmart. Like Shin Gold, this was a Kroger exclusive for a while. This is a spicy vegan mushroom tofu rendition of Shin Ramyun, and as a mushroom aficionado, I couldn’t wait to try this.

Also check your local Asian grocery store! Third party prices for this are insane as of the time of publication so I don’t recommend buying from Amazon Marketplace or Walmart just yet.
